Fantastic service!! Paul came a little before his specified time for 9pm. He was patient and did a wonderful job of cutting me a spare key. Had a tricky part initially as it???s an import but with quick thinking the job was done. Can???t thank Paul enough! 5 stars and highly recommend with his fast and efficient service.

Very quick service and very good price! He solved everything in 10 mins! Thank you Paul

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The locksmith was prompt, efficient, and did an excellent job with my car keys. Great attention to detail and very professional throughout. Highly recommend!

Avoid at all costs. The "locksmith" turned up, suddenly informed me there was 100 just for the callout, trapping me immediately. Then lied that the only option was to drill the door and replace the lock. Told me the total price was 100 for callout and 189 to change the lock. Charged 226 for that, and then 120 for labour. How can you open the door without labour!? Total charge was nearly 600 just for what could have been done with a piece of card (I've tested it myself and it's not that hard). Also, they haven't traded for long enough to be able to charge VAT, but he suddenly added that on top too, after he'd done the job. And yes I know this is an auto lock website, but I'm pretty sure the two companies (Rapid Locksmith Services LTD and Rapid Auto Locksmith London) are related. Almost identical names, identical correspondence address, incorporated within one week of each other. I've attached a photo of the address where the payment went to

Was able to come out on the same day that we called, we really appreciate the emergency service and on the day availability. We found his contact details on google, very competitive and affordable pricing. Thank you Paul!
