   I had an emergency where both the front and back door locks jammed, Dan was super responsive and friendly and came out as soon as he could. In this instance he could not repair the lock (via mutual agreement) but he gave a diagnosis and next steps free of charge. I would recommend Dan in an emergency any time. Top guy!

   Dan was absolutely wonderful. I never leave Google reviews, but he did such a quick and good job it feels deserved! He was with us within an hour and managed to replace our lock which had failed, smoothly and for a very reasonable charge. I also had mentioned another lock to him in our house that he had said he look at free of charge. Customer service was second to none, thank you Dan!
