Fantastic service from Mike - great communication, same day service, also helped with an additional lock issue to the one I contacted about.

Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Mike. He was with us within 30 mins on a Sunday evening, door opened and new lock on in no time. Very polite, professional, and transparent about prices.

Mike came out within 20 minutes on a Sunday after the latch failed on our internal flat door. He was very upfront with what the cost could be to replace the lock and did all he could to fix it without us having to pay for this. Considering he came out at short notice on a Sunday, the cost was super reasonable and got us back in our flat quickly!

I could not be more pleased with the service from Mike. He was able to help extremely quickly when we needed our locks changed in an emergency. He delivered a fantastic service at top standard and his price was also very reasonable. Thank you so much!

Mike was absolutely fabulous I called him out firstly as an emergency due to a key broken inside the lock. He came out within an hour on Saturday, removed the key and came back the next day to fit a new lock. Very professional, helpful, informative and extremely reasonable with his rates. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Thanks Mike you were a star ????
