Honest, professional and reliable. My front door lock had jammed, and although it wasn???t an emergency, they helpfully advised waiting until the following day to avoid an out???of???hours charge. The call???out fee was confirmed upfront, and Justin arrived on time, clearly explained the locking mechanism and identified the fault. The repair was completed quickly and at a very reasonable price. He also checked everything was working correctly before leaving and explained the warranty. Excellent service, and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Great service, really approachable and helpful. Sorted me out with a new car key. My car is a Japanese import which had been a problem at other places but not a bother at all for these guys. Were brilliant and helpful with some follow up work that needed doing to. Recommend.

Fantastic business we have used for vehicle and for new door handles and locks on our house and both services have been efficient and great service! Super quick process as well from viewing the work to installation, really pleased and will definitely use again and recommend to others. Thanks Justin & Lawrence!

Contacted Justin to install a new high-security lock on my work van. They were incredibly knowledgeable about van-specific security and did a clean, professional job. It???s a relief knowing my tools are actually safe now. Professional, punctual, and great communication. Highly recommend! Grants garden maintenance ????

Justin was amazing, after ringing another company in Horsham (who turned out wasn???t in Horsham) and waiting over an hour! I rang Justin who came out on Boxing Day Evening in 10 minutes! Opened the door and even gave me a part for free to ensure I don???t get locked out again! Highly recommend!!!
