Ash was brilliant, quickly rectified the issue I had created and continued on to fully upgrade the lock and mechanism while also identifying and correcting manufacturing defects in the door which would have made future maintenance difficult. I would have Ash back as my first choice every time for anything lock/ door related. Amazing service.

If I could give Ash 11 out of 10, I would. He was extremely knowledgeable and, without any pressure, suggested the best lock to suit our door. He fitted it perfectly, even making the door fit better and installing the door sensor I???d purchased. Great guy, great workmanship, extremely tidy and respectful of our home, and a perfect end result. Very, very happy!

We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Ash from SO Locksmiths Ltd. His response time, communication skills, understanding and expertise in what he did for us was first class. In an age when you need to be careful with tradesmen, we were extremely impressed with Ash. Not pushy and very polite and courteous throughout his visits to us. Resolved our issues in rapid time, explaining everything throughout he was going to do. You will not find a better locksmith.

Recently used SO locksmiths after moving house and was absolutely bowled over by the service received. Ash was prompt, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the options clearly without pressure. What started as a straightforward job became a much more bespoke solution than expected and without going into too much detail was far and away better than the alternative options, all while keeping to the original price! I doubt I would have had the same outcome elsewhere. Ash gets the strongest possible recommendation I can give, look no further!!

Ash provided Exceptional service to fix our rear nightlatch. He provided fair and transparent pricing which is rare for locksmith industry and on a Sunday for an urgent call out. Highly highly recommended
