Very happy with Terry and the service he provided for us! Would definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them going forward.

James fitted new back door lock, he was quick, courteous & did a good job. Kristina in the office was a star too! Will use again (if needed) & fully recommend. Thanks a lot...Carole Hill

Christina was absolutely wonderful and exactly the kind of attitude and service that you need in a crises! She was friendly, calm and went above and beyond - amazing customer service! James was also super efficient and kept us updated. Impeccable service all round - Thank you to the team at Lock and Key - Give Christina a pay-rise!

Thanks so much for your help. So sympathetic when we called and quick to come out and help. Jim sorted our locks for us really quickly and offered some extra advice about security in general. Highly recommended.

Couldn't lock or unlock the front door from the outside due to a broken cylinder. Terry came out and replaced the part but also noticed that the door is warped, causing tension on the mechanism. It is only 2 years old and covered by warranty so that is now going back to the manufacturer. Good lad Terry, thank you.
