Upon realising my lock had failed, trapping me inside my own flat, my first mission (after climbing out of the window) was to call the locksmith. Steve arrived within minutes to respond to the job. His expertise on what to do, professionalism when discussing costs and personable approach was highly laudable and appreciated - especially as a newcomer to the area. If I???m in ever in a bind again, I???m reassured to know I can rely on this locksmith and you should be too.

THANK YOU Steve, So refreshing to have a genuine, honest, trustworthy lovely person coming to do a job. 10 out of 10! I would highly recommend Steve. I phoned Monday morning, he came same morning. I needed two doors fixing. He fixed first door within an hour and didn't have part for my other door, so he ordered straight away. As soon as part arrived next morning, he was back to fix my other door, within the hour. Done and dusted, no messing, quickly fixed. Very polite, friendly and very professional. Very reasonable rates. Can't thank him enough.
