Ian came out to us within the hour when we locked ourselves out. Really friendly, professional service and very reasonable price which was clearly communicated from the start. Ian tried less invasive methods first which meant we got back in within 10 mins and no replacement locks were needed. Ian also gave us some brilliant advice and reassurance re our locks and general home security. Would absolutely recommend!

Once again, Ian has not disappointed! This is the third time I???ve asked for his help for one of my customers, and Ian???s expert diagnosis, attention to detail, and more importantly, such swift response has sorted the problem with the front door within hours! Remarkable, professional service, even on a Saturday! Thanks Ian, will continue to recommend you.

I???d highly recommend Harrogate Locks. Ian was able to come out and change our locks at very short notice, which we really appreciated. He did a great job, was professional throughout, and charged a very reasonable price. I???d definitely use their services again. Thank you!

Used Harrogate Locks to change locks on two upvc doors including mechanism gearbox fit. Turned up on time. Professional and used good quality parts. Highly recommended.

Lock mechanism had gone on a fairly new house (built in 2019) Fixed the current mechanism and was super quick and efficient. He professional and friendly and gave sound advice for future. 100% recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith to help. 5 stars!!!
