Excellent service from start to finish. Communication was excellent and all my emails were replied to very quickly. He arrived on time, completed the lock installation efficiently, and everything was done to a very high standard. He was friendly, professional and incredibly patient. He took the time to explain how the lock and keys work, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I understood how to use the key safe before he left. I really appreciated that he asked me to try it myself to make sure I was confident using it. He genuinely cares about his customers and never made me feel rushed. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy locksmith. Thank you again!

Very happy - moving into a new fixer upper house where most of the existing locks would have opened in a strong breeze, and the front door jammed on me on the second day after getting the keys. Asked Ramin for all the doors to be upgraded to British Standard locks straight away, which was a very easy and painless process at an otherwise stressful time. He also made suggestions for how I could save costs while still improving security. Would definitely call him again.

When we phoned Ramin with our issue he asked if we could send a video. This was easily done over WhatsApp. He gave us advice and we happily made an appointment. Next day when he arrived he was efficient, friendly and talked us through the issue and options. In the end he fixed three locks. Costs were provided upfront with options and with the agreed labour charges. We were very happy with the results, the value for money and Ramin being so trustworthy.

Ramin's service was 5*. He was friendly, professional, efficient and I trusted him to change a broken lock on my shed whilst I was at work. He carried out the (non urgent) job to a high standard, within just a couple of days of me contacting him. I would highly recommend him. Thank you so much!
