was looking for a new front door and met Tom in his showroom. We chatted about what I was looking for and Tom designed me some ideas to think about. There wasnt any obligation and no fuss or pressure and he offered to design as many as I wanted. I chose a door and a few weeks later Tom's team fitted it. Would highly recommend Top Locks 100% both Tom and his team are great! very friendly and professional. Wouldnt go anywhere else! Thankyou so much!

Had a great experince with Tom at the team when choosing a new front door. We have used Top Lock to change locks for us when we moved house and knew exactly who to use when looking for a new front door. These guys are the best, from start to finish designing the door at their new showroom ( which also has a PS5 for the kids to play on fantasic so you choose in peace ) the process was easy . Tom showed us virtual options of new doors onto our actual house so we could see what they would look like which massively helps when your choosing your new door. Their pricing is fantastic , door delivered and fitted in a matter of weeks. The fitters are great friendly , skilled and leave no mess. Overall a 5 star experience.

Top Lock was very highly recommended to us by several friends, and we can absolutely see why. We recently had three large windows, a bay window, our side door, and front door replaced by them. As it was a significant investment, we were initially a little nervous, but Tom immediately put us at ease and made a fantastic first impression. He is genuine, reliable, honest, and extremely knowledgeable and this clearly reflects the whole team at Top Lock. The entire process ran smoothly from start to finish. We found the showroom particularly helpful, as being able to see the products in person made a big difference when deciding what we wanted. Tom always went the extra mile, for example he fitted a different coloured handle onto one of the showroom doors so we could visualise our preferred combination, which was incredibly helpful. The quality of both the windows and doors is outstanding, as is the standard of installation. The team were professional, tidy, and respectful throughout, treating our home with great care. We couldn???t be happier with the final result and will reach out to Tom when we come to replace the upstairs windows. Thank you so much again!
