I highly recommend this locksmith. They changed all my locks while I was at work, so I couldn't be there in person. They kept me updated throughout the whole job with great communication, and everything was completed exactly as promised. Excellent service at a very fair price. Thank you!

Had a problem when a fault with one of the four locking points to the garage door prevented it being opened. There was a uPVC door at the rear but that was locked with the key on the inside. Terry arrived st the promised time. He very quickly dealt with the lock in the uPVC door. He then released the faulty locking point to the main garage door. This had to be disabled for now but at least the door could be opened and locked. Finally he fitted a new lock to the uPVC door and adjusted the striker plate to make the locking easier. All in all excellent service in a very short time.

Jim came last night to realign our side door which we couldn't lock. When I called he told me the ETA and contacted me again when he was 30 minutes away. Arrived on time and sorted the door very quickly. Very nice guy to deal with. Highly recommend this company.

Terry did a great job at replacing the lock, he was friendly and changed the lock quickly with no issues so I would give him as a service 5 stars. We did have a fault with the lock after install due to a manufacturer fault (nothing to do with Wakefield lock and key centre), they sent someone out within a few hours to resolve and swap it out with no issues and at no extra cost. Great service, thanks so much.

Brilliant service from Wakefield Lock and Key centre today. Rang them at 2pm and James was at our door within an hour! Quick assessment of issue (warping wooden door rather than faulty lock as we initially thought) meant I needed a joiner rather than locksmith! James advised on further steps. Great advice and ??? no charge ???! Great no nonsense approach and personable manner Highly recommended 5 star service!!
