Excellent service from Dr Locks from start to finish. Mel was very helpful with a fast quotation, clear advice and guidance, and a quick turnaround. Dean arrived precisely on time, did a great job replacing the required locks, explained everything clearly, and worked very cleanly throughout. He was also happy to take the time to offer advice and assist with an issue we had with a fire door bar, which was much appreciated. A professional, reliable and friendly service ??? we would definitely recommend the team.

We got stuck inside because our door decided it no longer wanted to open, and Dr Locks came to the rescue! Mel was so, so friendly and got everything fixed for us. She took the time to explain what had happened to break the mechanism and even showed me the inner workings of the lock, which was really interesting; her knowledge is really very impressive! Beyond fixing the problem, Mel was ab absolute DELIGHT to chat to, and so thoughtful and conscientious too. Dr Locks was recommended to us by friends who???d raved about her, and now we???ll be doing exactly the same! Thank you so much Mel!

A very fast, efficient and friendly service. Our lock was replaced and looks perfect. Mel is helpful and very capable. Good value as well.

We contacted Mel after searching for a locksmith on google. She responded to our enquiry within minutes, arrived within a few hours and was able to diagnose and fix the problem there and then. All the work was completed within a hour too. A fantastic service - we would highly recommend!

I reached out to Mel following a recommendation from a colleague to organise arranging changing the locks on several doors following moving to a new house and she was brilliant in getting back to me super quickly and booking me in, whilst acknowledging that some flexibility was required as we were yet to collect the keys from the estate agent. Following collecting the keys, I contacted Mel and she reassured us that we could be seen to the same day, which was so appreciated to give us the peace of mind in our new home. Dean came out to us in the later evening, which we thought was very kind given that it was after 5pm and changed all the door locks extremely efficiently and gave us lots of insight on the better kind of locks to pick for maximum security, and how best to look after them. Dean was so kind and polite and we appreciated him staying late to help us out. We were also pleasantly surprised with the price given we had the locks on several doors changed! A big thank you to Mel and Dean - we really appreciate your time and services!
