We recently had our front door and patio door locks changed by Vlad, and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. From the moment he arrived, Vlad was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the whole process clearly. He made sure I was involved throughout and even encouraged me to test everything myself to make sure I was completely happy before he finished. His attention to detail was outstanding. It was obvious he takes real pride in his work and wouldn't leave until everything was absolutely perfect. As well as changing the locks, he noticed that several of our doors were slightly misaligned and difficult to open and close. He adjusted them all, and the difference is incredible ??? they genuinely feel like brand-new doors now. What really stood out was how helpful he was. He gave us advice on how to look after the locks and doors going forward and even took the time to help with one of our internal door handles, adjusting the screws and offering advice despite that not being part of the job. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service were all exceptional. Vlad clearly cares about doing the job properly and making sure his customers are completely satisfied. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and highly skilled locksmith. Excellent service from start to finish.

Vlad came to help very quickly and was very kind and professional. It was a difficult task as I needed a lock picked twice with no damage, and he did a wonderful job, trying again and again until he succeeded. Very reasonable price, prompt and dedicated team. Thank you!

Came so quickly and exactly on time. Lovely and very polite. Never had a lock smith before so no idea what I was looking for- he talked through everything he did with the locks and even noticed my side door was on an angle (I???d never noticed) as soon as he???d pointed it out he just screwed the hinge and it was fixed. Much much much cheaper than some of the quotes I???d had from other locksmiths too. No hidden costs or anything like that, just a nice straight up bloke who obviously is very good at his job and has plenty of experience ??????????????????????????????

Andy arrived on time. He was very efficient and sorted out a complex issue for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend him! Great service ????????
