Shaun from Affordable Access Locksmiths was brilliant from start to finish. He arrived when he said he would, was professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly without any hassle. His prices were fair and there were no hidden costs. He explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Phoned Shaun last night when our front door lock stopped working. True to his word he arrived 10 minutes later. He was extremely friendly, reassuring and efficient. He explained everything he was doing throughout and at all times we felt assured he would get the job done. When the job was done and he told us how much it would be, we were very pleasantly surprised how reasonable the price was. We will 100% be contacting him for any future issues. We would strongly recommend him to anyone as Shaun really does go above and beyond and takes great pride in providing a top class service.

On last Saturday, we found ourselves locked out of our home, tired, frustrated, and honestly a bit panicked. My husband reached out to Shaun with just one call, and to my surprise, he answered immediately despite the late hour. Within just 30 minutes, he was at our doorstep, ready to help. I honestly have no words to express how grateful I am for his quick response, professionalism, and kindness. At a time when most would be asleep, Shaun showed up without hesitation and made what could have been a stressful night so much easier. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a trustworthy and efficient locksmith. Thank you, Shaun, you were a real lifesaver!

We had to call for help during an emergency around midnight after getting locked in from the inside. He arrived quickly and was incredibly friendly, kind, and reassuring throughout the whole situation. He made sure we were safe that night and returned the next day to fit a brand new locking system. The service was fast, professional, and very reasonably priced. Truly a genuine and understanding person, highly recommended to anyone in need of a trustworthy locksmith in Preston!
