Responded to phone call, arranged a time and was there on time. Sorted the lock out and replaced it within 30 minutes at the price he quoted.Clean and efficient work done and would use again and have no problem recommending. Many thanks.

Chris is a great guy, prompt, polite and good job at right price. Employed his services twice now and would not hesitate to do so again

WOW! It???s such a shame more businesses are not like Longridge Locksmith???s ! He was called out on an emergency as an elderly woman was locked in her house and unable to respond or open the door???. Chris was there within minutes and sorted the job immediately, which was essential as the lady indoors needed urgent medical help and was rushed to hospital by ambulance. I just couldn???t ask for more! What an absolute Gent. Thank you again Chris, so much for your help ????????

Absolutely fantastic service. I messaged just after 7am and was booked in the very same day. Our front door is now working perfectly again. Professional, quick to respond, and really helpful throughout. If anyone is ever looking for a locksmith, these are definitely the people to call.

Longridge Locksmith helped me when I was in a pickle after locking myself out of the house putting the bins out. Called and no answer first time so left a voicemail, called back almost immediately and told me they could come out in 10 mins - brilliant response time! Thought it would be easier to get back in but unfortunately ended up needing to replace the lock, such is life. Friendly, efficient service. Hopefully I don't need to use them again for the same reason ???? but I would highly recommend them. Credit to the manager at Prepped in Longridge too for letting me use his phone to make the calls after I locked mine inside the house.
