Absolutely disappointed! This guy guaranteed he could get a new key programmed for my friend's Volkswagen but turned out to be a lie and misled us to drive all the way from Charlottetown using U-Haul and trailer, which cost a significant amount of money. When we asked him whether or not and when he could get the work done he just kept dancing around and even told us to "enjoy coffee and explore downtown Halifax" as if we were there for tourism. He didn't respect our time at all! In the end he told us he was not capable of doing the job, so we had to leave in vain.

Harvey came at around 5pm today and left at 10pm. He did everything to get my car fixed as I had a busy day ahead. Expert with VW car key issues. Really genuine nice guy and gave me a great deal, pleasure to work with highly recommend.

Needed a key for a vehicle that I???d purchased. Mark came out at a time convenient to me. He had it programmed and cut within 30 minutes. Would definitely use again if needed and would certainly recommend.

Car Key Plus came to our home yesterday to provide a new key after losing my spare. This was an excellent service, 2 years ago I got the same service from a Ford dealer and had to leave my car there for a day, Car Key plus did it in 30 minutes and was 65% cheaper than the Ford dealer, fully reccomend them.
