Excellent service from Dan. He is honest, reliable and tidy! He has a gentle demeanor and obviously a hard worker; it's always good to have a tradesperson in your home with whom you feel comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fast, professional service and a reasonable price especially on a Sunday evening. Dan arrived within 30 minutes of my call in Blackpool and got us back into our house after my daughter had accidentally let the door go. My ID was checked once inside which is also highly reassuring. Highly recommended.

Ive used Dan before for the house so going to anyone else wasn't even an option. With only 1 key for the van that was starting to go faulty, Dan came and cut and programmed me a new key. Quality service, excellent price and a genuinely nice guy.

Absolutely brilliant service from Dan at Lock Lad tonight. Booked in about a week in advance to supply a spare key for my van. Turned up just after 5 pm as agreed and did a brilliant job. We live in the countryside so internet signal is poor. Not a problem at all, he had his own Starlink setup, connected and did his thing. Great quality new key provided with a very friendly and professional service. 100% recommend and will be using again in the future. Refreshing to experience old school values there days!

Amazing service! During my locks change one of my old handles pretty much fell apart from weather damage, it was no problem and a new one was sourced straight away and fitted. Now I have peace of mind knowing my handles and locks are new + strong. Highly recommend. Will be using again in the future.
