Can???t thank Sam enough and couldn???t recommend him any more. Contacted him late in the evening due to a fault with our lock, he managed to talk me through a fix remotely within 5 minutes to save me a call out. Genuine nice guy, went out of his way to help when it wasn???t required. Thank you so much!

Sam was very knowledgeable and offered help and advice in advance over the phone. He came out and opened both locks in no time at all with no damage to the doors. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Sam and will certainly call him the next time I have a problem.

I had a bedroom window that I could not open , I phoned Sam who came out in swift time and explained what had gone wrong and how he was going to fix the issue, the issue was resolved within an hour and my window now opens. Sam has great knowledge and experience and a great level of customer service, very happy and will be using his services again should I require it. Thank you

Caig was brilliant! I called to ask for help with my mini which had a flat battery and the physical key mechanism was failing too. He didn't hesitate to give me excellent advice over the phone. He directed me to Barry at Lock City who quickly got me back into the car. Craigs advice save me ??100s . Thank you Craig!

Craig is an absolute diamond and a real pro. Flexible at short notice, very fair price, and a really friendly, genuine guy. Our uPVC lock wasn't working and he did a brilliant job sorting it quick. Knows his stuff. Highly recommend!
