From our initial enquiry through to getting a quotation through to completion of the work, everything was dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. It was made clear what was required of us, and what to expect from our decorator. When he ( Alex ) arrived he was extremely polite and cracked on with job straight away. At times we hardly knew that he was here and he completed the painting of our bedroom to a very high standard leaving no mess at all when he left. We would happily use him again should we need any further work doing. We would readily recommend Mark Pinchin Decorating Ltd. Shirley and Alan. Burgess Hill.

A really great job right from the start. Mark got in touch promptly, the quotation arrived quickly and the work itself was excellent. Adam and Ben were great. The communication was good and there were no issues at all. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

What a brilliant experience experience from beginning to end! Lobby, 3 storey hall, 2 ensuites, various ceilings and door frames. The quote was laid out as i requested, transparent and competitive. Alex and Josh made a great team and finished well ahead of time. Their "making good" was fantastic and their painting skills an education. I knew their plans for each day and they always left the house clean and tidy before they left. They obviously enjoy their job and take pride in the finished article not just for me but for themselves. They are a credit to Mark Pinchin. I am absolutely delighted and would highly recommend Mark Pinchin and his team.

I imagined having my apartment decorated everywhere over a two week span would be chaotic - as furniture would need to be moved from room to room to access walls etc. In fact, it was about as stressless as any such major work could make it. The decorator, Alan, who lives in Horsham, had a careful plan in his mind each morning he attended my home. Within 5 minutes of his arrival he was working through the plan. No tea breaks or idle chatter. Just steadily and carefully working until everything he planned to accomplish for the day was completed. At the end of each day Alan straightened up each room. I was able to relax in the evenings. His painting skill was excellent. Not one run, botch or splash where paint shouldn't be. Alan was very polite and when the job was finished he helped me re-hang mirrors and pictures and place furniture exactly where they were required to be. I was very happy with the whole experience and especially my freshly painted and brightened apartment. It was not the cheapest estimate but I always believe , 'you get what you pay for'. Thank you Mark Pinchen and company.
