Mick did an excellent job of painting the outside of our conservatory. He kept us informed of progress at all times. He is polite, professional and a perfectionist. We would certainly recommend him and his work. Mike and Val Wickersley.

Just had a large external painting job completed and we are thoroughly pleased with the results. Mick worked extremely hard (in all weathers)??? and he???s a lovely bloke as well. He arranged all the scaffolding, so it was one less job to worry about. Extremely conscientious and professional and we would definitely recommend. Excellent quality and workmanship. Thanks Mick!

I recently got Mick to carry out work in my living and dining room, and I am extremely pleased with the results. The quality of workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail and a high standard of finish throughout. What truly set him apart, however, was his willingness to go the extra mile. After being let down by a previous tradesman, I was left with some wall damage and marks on my wooden kitchen work surface in need of attention. Not only did he take the time to properly address these issues, but he did so at no additional cost. That level of professionalism and consideration is rare and very much appreciated. He was completely trustworthy and reliable, and I felt entirely comfortable leaving him to carry out the work while I was away for work. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and everything was left clean and tidy upon completion. I would not hesitate to recommend MJ Property Refurbs services to anyone looking for a skilled, dependable, and genuinely conscientious decorator.

Really delighted with the work Mick???s done, would highly recommend. The house was definitely looking a bit tired and Mick has done a great job in brightening the place up. I???ve already got lots more work lined up for next year . Thanks Mick

?????????????????????????????? Excellent Exterior Painting & Decorating Work I recently had the front of my house fully painted and decorated, and I couldn???t be more pleased with the results. Every detail was taken care of to a very high standard ??? all the woodwork, rendering, and lead flashing were thoroughly prepared and brought back to an excellent condition before painting. The finish is immaculate and has completely transformed the appearance of my home. Mick was punctual, professional, friendly and clearly takes great pride in his work. Communication was easy throughout, and everything was completed on time and left tidy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-quality exterior decorating.
