So pleased we chose Rose Roofing to sort out a tricky gutter issue. Really easy online appointment booking system. Sean arrived on time for the initial appointment, and provided a comprehensive, very competitive quote for the work. Having accepted the quote, the work was completed to an excellent standard. An extremely professional company-I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We had a big hole in our fascia made by birds over the years. Once we decided to get it sorted we had someone come out, a quote sent to us and the work done in just over a week. Excellent service, excellent work and great communication. Really happy to have gone local (we could throw a stone from our house and hit them lol) so we knew the business would be trustworthy. Work was done quickly and cleanly and we are very happy with the results. We would highly recommend

I recently had a great experience with Rose Roofing and wanted to share my appreciation for their excellent service. Jake and Sean attended our home to investigate a persistent rattling sound in our bedroom in our new build property. They were extremely professional, patient, and thorough in their approach. Rather than rushing, they took the time to carefully identify exactly where the noise was coming from. They eventually discovered that the issue was caused by leftover rubbish and a bag of nails that had been left under the roof tiles and fascia soffits by the new build contractors. This was particularly impressive because the original builders had visited three times and were unable to locate the problem. I was also very grateful to the company secretary, who arranged the initial appointment free of charge before the issue was diagnosed. Once identified, the quote provided was very reasonable and affordable. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, and honesty shown by the entire team. Thank you, Rose Roofing, for your outstanding service. Best wishes, Yelena and Alexander

A Caring and respectful Roofing Company. Sean came to investigate and give a quote. This involved Listening to our concerns, attic inspection of the felting and rafters internally, externally the roof with a drone, and discussion of what he observed. He was not pushy. A written quote followed gaving full details of what was advised and costings, plus a quote comparison check list covering: Health and Safety, Building Control Compliance, Qualified vs Experienced, Vetting and Trust, Tech Standards, Financing and Payment , Terms and Conditions. Clarification was made by phone, deposit paid, and worked booked, which was Felting replacement of rear elevation, and minor repairs to the front. Reminders of bookings and timings occurred before and during the work. A Problem with 30yrs+ Velox windows occurred which meant the flashing provided by Velox did not fit. This was brought to our attention and discussed fully before proceeding with a replacement of the windows at extra cost, all quoted and verified. Building inspectors came at the beginning and end of the work and a certificate was issued. All the workers were courteous and tided up afterwards. We can recommend Rose Roofing .
