   This is the second time we have had to use Key Roofing, the first was to replace an old, leaking flat roof. The second to locate and fix a leak and replace Cotswold tiles. We chose Key Roofing as we'd seen them working on a period property nearby. While our house is not listed we wanted to ensure work would be done sympathetically and by someone who knows the nuances of older properties. Wayne has been knowledgeable, professional and considerate on both projects. Weather permitting ( and it has been atrocious) the work was done in a timely manner. Wayne's been great to deal with and with the guarantee I would happily recommend Key Roofing

   Wayne is highly professional. Despite being very busy (which is unsurprising given his outstanding reviews), he kept his promise to fit me in during January. He arrived punctually and offered an honest, clear assessment of the issue along with practical solutions. In the end, the fix didn???t require his services, yet he still took the time to help. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend him.

   Wayne (Key Roofing LTD) were working on another property on my street, I asked Wayne if he'd be available to quote for some works I wanted completed on extensions at the rear of the property. He came to review the works on the same day and provided the quote a couple of days later. I was happy with the explanation of works required provided by Wayne with sufficient rationale given for each piece required and so contracted Key Roofing for the works that started a month later. Part of the works required a tower scaffold and I asked Wayne to provide me a status report of the health of the main roof (having only moved in a few months prior I was curious). I was provided with multiple options to either repair the immediate concerns or complete a re-roof. I opted for a complete re-roof, works started after the full scaffold was put up. Wayne and the team kept me informed of the progress of works each day and put in serious effort given the really unsettled weather we'd entered in to. Any additional work that was discovered as part of the ongoing works was explained in detail and multiple options for remediation were given at each stage. I'm quite particular and have high standards when it comes to the finish of works and I felt that Wayne understood that and made sure that I was happy with each finish. Overall I am very happy with the completed works, If I have any unexpected issues I am confident I can contact Wayne and he'd be by to rectify it (none so far). I found him to be very personable and understanding, going the extra mile to meet my requirements and the rest of the team were easy to get along with too. The site was kept tidy at all times. I would happily recommend Key Roofing LTD to my friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
