We had some missing roof slates that needed repairing, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Justin came out very quickly, assessed the problem, and completed the repair to a high standard. I would definitely recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof repairs. Thank you!

I rang Justin, in desperation, when water was leaking into the house. He responded immediately, calling after he had finished a day's work. Along with a colleague, Justin inspected the damage and decided he needed more equipment, to make a full analysis. That meant more time spent on our query as he had to drive home to collect the equipment. On his return, Justin concluded that there were several possible causes, including recently completed work on the garage, by another builder Justin offered to do the repair but suggested that I should first contact the tradesman who had re-roofed the garage. His view was that the work should be covered by warranty. Unfortunately, there was a time lag after I contacted our original roofer but Justin kindly stayed in contact, to see how things were progressing. He even advised me how to proceed with negotiations and offered to speak to the person involved, if needed. Eventually our situation was resolved and I didn't need to employ J W Construction. However, Justin refused payment for the time taken supporting us. Throughout Justin was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.

We had a fantastic experience with JW Construction Roofing & Builders. Shortly after getting the keys to our new home a neighbour reported our roof had sustained damage when a part of the chimney cap fell off, destroying one of the ridge tiles and damaging several other tiles on the way down. We spent a day in a panic contacting roofers and thankfully got through to Justin, who agreed to come out the next morning. The weather for the whole week looked terrible, so we were keen to get the problem fixed as soon as possible. Justin was great with messages, arrived the next morning, and was able to carry out emergency roof repairs alongside his colleague that made our roof watertight before the weather turned. We were so grateful for their speed, hard work, and professionalism. We also really appreciated that Justin checked in with us a week or so after the job to make sure things were still ok. Couldn't be happier and would be very happy to recommend. Many thanks to Justin and the team at JW Construction for brining a speedy, simple solution to our stressful situation!

We recently had our roof completely redone, including new lead gutters, the removal of one chimney and the repointing of another, and we couldn???t be happier with the results. Justin and his team were amazing to work with from start to finish. They were clearly very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. What really stood out was how informative they were throughout the whole process, showing us exactly what they were doing and explaining why things needed to be done a certain way. That level of transparency gave us a lot of confidence in their work. The team was professional, hardworking, and kept everything tidy as they went along. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and it???s clear they take real pride in what they do. Overall, we???re extremely happy with everything and wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Justin and his team to anyone looking for reliable and skilled roofers.

Thank you Justin. After losing a slate tile in last Tuesday???s strong winds and realising other slates had been disturbed. I was greatly relieved to speak to Justin early the following morning. He offered to come out immediately on his way to booked jobs. When he arrived he and his colleague were ready to set up ladders. Work was delayed to a vehicles flat battery, blocking the safe positioning of their ladders. This was resolved the next morning and Justin and his team reinstated the lost tile and reaffixed the disturbed slates. The team were courteous and prompt on every occasion. Work was discussed and a price given. Everything was undertaken with care and attention. The roof secured and made safe again that day. I am most grateful to Justin and his team and would recommend them most highly. Please see photos ???before??? and ???after??? JW Construction attended to a lost slate and moved slates.
