We had a leaking gulley between glass and tiles. Sam arrived punctually with his team and applied his expertise in diagnosis repairing it and doing a better job than was done originally by another company. Everything from this family company has been so lovely to deal with. Lou in the office has been so helpful and friendly , Jason came out and efficiently gave us a quote ( we were relieved that he had a solution ) We would thoroughly recommend this company - old fashioned service and excellence. Thank you J. Williams

Where to start.....Hmmmm,yes OK.. wait a minute, what about, Oh just one more question. I am so sorry John I gave you a headache..my Columbo moments are ever so overcrowded occasionally. Bathroom/Kitchen and shed roof all refelted. Steve and Scott were absolutely phenomenal, amazing workmanship, very respectful and dignified from start to finish. I say too anyone reading this review, if you are looking for a company with a 5* GOLD SERVICE together with an abundance of patience and understanding from a team who excel in professionalism, pride, integrity and customer needs...ring Jason and his team, you will NOT be disappointed. Thank you so much Jason Bali

John and Alfie did an excellent job repairing the leadwork on my chimney. They were very professional, tidied up all the debris and showed me pictures of the repairs carried out. Excellent company to deal with from start to finish. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends. Thank you

J. Williams have replaced our main roof and completed some chimney repairs. We are so pleased with the way the company operates, very professional throughout. Jason and John communicated well and provided a well present quotation and supporting documentation. Scott and Steve the roofers were great, very polite, they worked hard and cleaned up every day. A good job from start to finish and a great company to work with. Well recommended.

A brilliant company to choose. J Williams replaced our roof and repaired our chimney. They were a pleasure to do business with, they were professional throughout. The quotation and documentation cannot be faulted, it was very precise and laid out well. They phoned or came round to the property to follow every step of the job through. The workmen Steve and Scott were polite and helpful, they cleaned up every day. They kept us informed when they were going to be at the property and when they were leaving. I cannot fault the way the job has been handled, a great company and we would definitely use them again.
