Asked for a quote yesterday for a small job. Sean came around today after phoning to check I was in. Sorted me out, very polite, gave me good information, showed me photos, his advice saved me spending more money than was warranted for what I needed. Very happy with their service.

N Bird & Son, take a bow! Lukas and his team of Llyas and Dillon undertook a complete roof replacement. I can only describe their workmanship as sheer perfection. They've been established for many years and this reflects the experience of detail. As many customers do, we were slightly apprehensive of such a job however our concerns soon disbursed when we saw how good they were. The communication was outstanding as was the overall project. Cheers N Bird, keep up the wonderful work!!! Vincent and Julie

Overall we have received an excellent service. We knew our roof soffits/facias/gutters needed replacing and having seen N. Bird & Son working on a nearby roof replacement we asked them to take a look. Luke came out very promptly (next day after a call to their office) and was very professional and provided a comprehensive quote during his visit. Reece and the team started work also very promptly (within a week of the quote acceptance). While the quoted work was being carried out a closer inspection of our main roof was possible and it was clear it was not in the best state due to its age. Again Luke attended promptly and after reviewing the photos that were taken we confirmed the roof should be replaced. This meant more scaffolding was required but this was added without issue. Everything from the skip delivery, scaffolding and the actual roofing works was all coordinated and communicated by Luke on a near-daily basis. It is clear N. Bird & Son have processes in place and we have seen how it all comes together. We really appreciated the work of Reece and the team as the works were done during the heatwave of June ???26. We have already recommended N. Bird & Son when a family member of a neighbour asked if we were happy with the works carried out. Mr. & Mrs. Lamb

N bird &son roofing. We had a very great experience with this company always kept us in contact with what was going on and even let us know when and exactly they were going to start work. Especially Luke was very friendly and helpful and explained all the work needed for the job to be done correctly, also extra work was advised by Luke and his team but with no pressure to do this work either which some companies would insist. Very clean and tidy workmen didn't even know that they were working with how they kept my property clean and tidy throughout the job. If you're after work done on your roofing I would consider nobody else but this brilliant family firm very pleased indeed one happy customer

It was easy to arrange a quotation with Shaun, who provided estimates for our flat roof and facia replacement. He was very clear in pointing out that if hidden damage was uncovered, there would be additional costs, which were outlined as part of the original estimates. So there were no nasty shocks when we found that the boards and insulation needed to be fully replaced as well. Shaun co-ordinated the scaffolding and skip arrangements and the work was carried out the week after we accepted the quote. We had 5 roofers from N Bird and Son working on the job and they were all very polite and professional at all times.
