Ian was brilliant from start to finish. He responded quickly to my enquiry after my shower failed and left me without running water??? arrived promptly and fitted a new one, explaining everything clearly. He was friendly, professional and when a part was accidentally damaged during installation, he immediately went out to replace it without hesitation. He also kindly fixed an issue with my toilet while he was here, which was much appreciated. The new shower works perfectly and I???m really pleased with the result. I wouldn???t hesitate to use Ian again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, honest plumber.

Fantastic service from Shrewsbury plumbing. Ian came out and fitted the new bath tap within 24 hours. Great communication throughout via whatsapp and good value. Highly recommended A very professional and responsive plumbing service. Many thanks

Ian fixed our troublesome toilet being nothing but kind, friendly and quick to respond and great value for the service he provided. It's great to have the piece of mind that he guarantees his work for 12 months so any future issues in that time I'm confident in his professional nature to help us out. Would definitely recommend.

Ian did a great job and I???d definitely recommend him. He was friendly, easygoing, and very informative. He explained everything clearly and even showed me how I could do it myself next time, which I really appreciated. He arrived on time, worked quickly, and got the job done without any problems. His price was also very reasonable for the quality of work. Overall, really happy with the service and wouldn???t hesitate to call Ian again in the future.

Ian was brilliant ??? he managed to fit me in the same day after a cancellation, to plumb in both a washing machine and a dishwasher. He even replaced a part under the sink to make it all work properly. He was quick, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Beyond that, he just has a really calm, genuine way about him ??? one of those people you instantly feel you can trust. It???s rare to meet someone who takes such pride in doing a good job and brings a bit of kindness into your day while doing it. Highly recommend.
