We received a text that Phil was on his way he arrived within the pre arranged slot and on arrival was very friendly. He completed the boiler service efficiently with minimum fuss and explained I would receive the service sheet via email which duly arrived later that day. All in all happy with the service and the engineer

We recently moved to Baschurch and needed a new oil fired combi boiler. From the first point of contact with Shropshire Boiler Care we were so impressed, their customer service is outstanding and the process of agreeing works and installation was seamless. The engineers that attended on site were extremely polite and respectful of our property and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend this company enough and would urge you to contact them if you need any type of boiler works undertaken.

Absolutely exceptional service from start to finish. I phoned up today as no hot water or heating and panicking a little. Was informed most engineers were out on jobs but see if they could ask one of them to consider overtime to come and assist me. Had a call back to say engineer would be with me in 30 minutes which was such a relief. An engineer named Wyn turned up exactly on time and quickly, took boiler apart identifying the thermosensor as being at fault. He reset the sensor and tested it fully with a range of different scenarios to ensure it worked. I now have heating and hot water coming into weekend and couldn't be happier. Wyn was friendly, professional and very approachable explaining exactly what the issue was. This incident has made me aware of the importance of boiler cover and suffice to say I will be going with this company for maintance and ongoing support. Wyn is also a real asset to your company and I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Please support this local business rather than large corporations, my experience has been second to none with the them.

12 Months ago I sent a text to Wyn from Shropshire Boiler Care to hurriedly replace a Faulty Oil Boiler in one of my Tenanted Cottages. Wyn asked a couple of his Engineers to replace the Faulty Boiler. The Shropshire Boiler Care Engineers excelled themselves beyond all by carrying out such a fantastic job on replacing the Faulty Boiler with a Brand new Worcester Bosch Oil Boiler. I was under a great deal of pressure to have the work carried out within a certain timeframe. They were absolutely brilliant!! I would totally recommend Shropshire Boiler Care to everyone. I would never use any other Firm to carry out the Servicing on my Boilers!! This year the Bosch Oil Boiler was due it's First Year Service. Harry carried out the Service. I was so very impressed with his top class workmanship. He was also very immaculate, clean and tidy in his work and so very friendly, helpful and polite and punctual. Absolutely fantastic service, will be recommending Shropshire Boiler Care to the neighbours! Quote for new boiler was very reasonable and Harry and Iwan turned up a couple of weeks later. They were a pleasure to have in the house, polite, tidy and helpful. Was a bit worried when a radiator needed to be replaced unexpectedly but was only charged extra hour for the labour And the quoted price was honoured despite a few issues with the installation. Thanks to the team, we now have lovely warm house with no oily smells in the boiler room!
