Excellent service I have received from AR. From the phone call to the end of engineers visit. It was emergency boiler failure, lady taking the call was extremely helpful, trying to find engineer available same day. Engineer was professional, polite and fixed the problem very quickly. Highly recommend AR to anyone needing gas service or repairs. Thank you guys.

Great service from A.R.Plumbing. I used this company last month to service my boiler and recently had another issue which has been dealt with swiftly. I messaged Meg (Admin) and she gave me the next available slot, this was after I had to cancel a couple of dates that were given prior, which was no problem at all. On the day Ritch came, who was very polite and respectful of my property. He soon got the job done and now my boiler is working correctly. Thank you Team

The engineer completed a thorough service on our boiler with pictorial evidence. Unfortunately, whilst he was present he received appalling communication from Managing Director? sacking him. He immediately received another call from his wife saying she had also been sacked. The language used was appalling so I'm left wondering just what kind of company I have been dealing with... highly unprofessional. We're lucky the engineer completed our job
