Initial diagnostic identified only a pump fault; however, this was later contradicted by a second engineer, significantly changing the scope and overall cost of the repair. This inconsistency resulted in an extended period without reliable hot water, including over the Easter period. The deposit also had to be chased, as it was initially not recognised in their records, although it was eventually refunded. Communication throughout was polite, but the overall experience lacked consistency and clarity. The quotation provided was also significantly higher compared to other companies for similar work.

Absolutely amazing. Been with them since the company started and they have been brilliant every time. I probably annoy them because I'm not great at reading my emails, but you'd never know it. Excellent service from Gair as always, and our heating is now working correctly again. Isaac did a superb job, explaining what he was doing clearly, and taking a lot of care to ensure that everything was working properly before he finished. All of the work was covered under our regular Homeshield maintenance plan with Gair.
