   John recently replaced my mums combi boiler as it had failed , was over 19 years old. He arranged to do the work by changing another clients appointment which I appreciate very much as my mum is 88 years old and had no water or heating. He completed job in one day and kept us informed throughout the process. He explained everthing he was doing or going to do and was very professional throughout . I would recommend his services to anyone who needs any work doing in the future...

   Fantastic service! I called John when our boiler developed a fault and left us with no hot water or heating. He visited our property the next day and was able to fix the problem within half an hour. Very happy with the price John charged and would highly recommend his services.

   Very rude dismissive attitude from the son of this father/son business. Didn't want to help or talk, just wanted to get off the phone. Sounded as though it was the son who clearly needs to learn good customer service skills. Said I was "wasting his time"? If a company wants business and a good reputation you talk to people in a courteous way. If it's not a good time to speak you can always either ring the person back or ask them to ring you back. In a way did me a favour as I found another company who did have time both on the phone and at my home plus the price is excellent. Your loss! Reply to Boiler Care Plus's comments. You didn't mention delivering a 'high quality service' at any point, but this does start with great customer service...which was non existent 'You are wasting my time'. You also state 'a high quality service is reflected in the price' only true up to a point. Remember good verbal customer service needs to be practiced more...but then again you either have it or you don't. Perhaps sooty with his magic wand couldn't help you there.
