   CSF Carl at csf gas services. Astwick road lincoln In a nut shell quoted ??1400 then ended up costing ??1900 for a boiler install. Robbing scrap without asking, smoking of cannabis, wanting extra for commissioning. Originally got a quote in August/ September to supply and install a new boiler but not connect to existing heating just to leave a heating loop in the loft. He Originally quoted over the phone ??1400 ( only a ideal logic boiler ) i mentioned i might round it upto 2k if he was to do all the connections in the loft for each leg of the radiators . all confirmed but nothing in writing unfortunately. I didn't have anyone else come in and quote as I admired him for doing work on his much bike but getting parts delivered to site. ( there's reasons why he can't drive ). On the install day everything went fine until couldn't find time to do the pipework, I gave him the ??1400 plus an extra ??100 because of a good job as he has done his quoted part for now. When he left i could smell cannabis in a few of the rooms possible smoke drifting in the house. Day later I noticed he removed old scrap pipe and heating from the wall ( what he wasn't working on ) and taken for scrap without asking. The heating pump wasn't that old. A few weeks went by we both couldn't agree on time to come back and do the heating pipes so I completed that work myself I now wanted him to come and commission he wanted an extra ??150. I refused but he wasn't having any of it 1 month of trying this I folded, I also needed my system balancing so I said a further ??200 for the commission and bleeding he agreed. This was completed on 15 oct. After not hearing anything for a few weeks about the paperwork I chased him up there seemed to be delays everything I asked. Finally received paperwork on 14 Dec over 3 months.
