Over the weekend we had a series of plumbing failures, the boiler ceased to function as did two toilet cisterns; we contacted W-Heat plumbing, who have serviced our boiler for over 10 years, they sent an engineer promptly who remedied all the problems quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with the quality of the service and would recommend W-Heat plumbing unreservedly.

Tom carried out my annual boiler service today. Very pleased with the work and impressed with Toms knowledge and care. W-HEAT are installing AC at my house in the coming weeks so hopefully the excellent service continues.

I have chosen W-Heat for 8+ years now and think they do a great job. The engineers are friendly and professional service. Shane was very good and serviced the boiler recently, as you can also pay for yearly maintenance cover too. Would recommend the company.

We had a problem with our bolier and after several recommendations we spoke to W-Heat. You hear lots of horror stories about trades people but there was not one issue. From the moment I made the enquiry I was met with a friendly and professional service. Speaking with Kate on the Thursday morning, we had an engineer (Shane, who was brilliant) that afternoon. Shane was able to quickly diagnose the issue and we were provided with a quote that evening.... Shane then came the next morning and fitted the parts and within 2 hours we were back up and running. Fabulous service from start to finish and service with a smile. Why would we go anywhere else... Thank you - Simon.

Couldn???t recommend W-Heat highly enough. We recently moved to Cheshire and needed a heating and plumbing company that we could rely on and they have definitely given us that. A traditional family run business who care about their customers, and Shane who arrived today to service my boiler was extremely pleasant and very efficient. Would 100% recommend.????
