Excellent service from start to finish. The gas cooker fitting work was carried out to a very high standard, completed quickly and efficiently, and at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.

Fantastic from start to completion. My 35 Yr floor standing boiler packed in, Jay arrived the next day to diagnose. Needed new boiler and system overhaul including gas pipes and pump on hot water tank. Got a qoute and fair price same day. Arranged to start work ASAP. Arrived on time, worked with his team fast and efficiently and completed early in 2 days. House left clean. Everything working great. Highly recommend. Great standard of work and always polite and smiling. Thanks to whole team. Em

Thanks, Jay, for your excellent service. Our boiler pressure was rising too high, and we weren???t sure what was causing the issue. We came across HP Plumbing and decided to give them a call. Jay was highly professional from the start. He arrived on time, thoroughly inspected the boiler, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it efficiently. It has now been three weeks since the repair, and our boiler has been working perfectly. Jay also provided valuable advice and pointed out a few other issues that we should keep an eye on, which we really appreciate. We now know exactly who to call if we ever have any boiler problems in the future. I would be very happy to recommend Jay and HP Plumbing to my friends and family.

First of all, sorry for the long review but it needs to be said and I can???t emphasise enough how happy I am for using Jay & Shaf and with the completed works. Jay & Shaf were both very professional, most certainly knowledgeable and carried out a very technically challenging job whereby I had an old gravity fed hot & cold water system. After only being in the house a few weeks we needed to change this system asap as it was not very adequate. We had an initial leak in the first week of moving and called upon Jay & Shaf on a Sunday who gladly popped over, assessed and repaired the system on the Monday morning. I was so impressed with their attitude, quickness & pricing that I asked for a quote to change out the water system for a new Megaflow system. To add a bit of complexity we wanted the old water tank in the loft removed, the old hot water tank removed from the airing cupboard, install the Megaflow in the garage and convert from gravity to mains fed. Shaf came over assessed, quoted within a couple of days then booked us in about 3 weeks later. Between Jay & Shaf, these guys did this job within budget, no hidden costs and within the 3 days they promised. By the end of the first day they made sure I had mains water available. I would highly recommend Jay & Shaf for all plumbing work and I certainly will be using them as my go to in the future as nothing was too much trouble for them, even with me adding a couple of extras, they got it all done within the time specified. Everything was done professionally, cleanly and efficiently. They hoovered absolutely everywhere they went within the house and took all the rubbish away at the end of the works. I cannot praise them enough, thank you both ????????, Richard & Jo.

I recently used HP Plumbing, Heating and Gas Ltd and couldn???t be more impressed with the service. From the initial contact to the completion of the job, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and clearly explained the issue before starting any work. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and it???s clear they take pride in what they do. They worked cleanly, respected my home, and made sure everything was fully tested and working perfectly before leaving. What really stood out was their honesty and transparency with pricing???no hidden costs or surprises. It???s rare to find a company that combines reliability, skill, and great customer service so well. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend HP Plumbing,Heating and Gas Ltd to anyone needing trustworthy and high-quality plumbing work.
