From the very beginning. James and his team have exceeded my expectations. Fantastic communication, great price, happy to answer any queries and punctual. I had a back boiler and emersion removed and replaced with a gas boiler and replacement of radiators. Dylan and Morgan did a great job. 3 full days, arriving on time and cleaning up after themselves. They worked so hard and were so polite. Highly recommend.

My gas boiler was old & I anticipated it not making it through this winter. I decided to replace it before I needed to, thinking Engineers might not be quite as busy this time of year. I did my research & got a few quotes, including one from CAFgasCIC. I was impressed from the outset. An easy online quote. This was followed up by phone calls & an appointment for James the Engineer to visit my home & conduct a survey of the boiler etc. I would say that I am a pretty good judge of character. I was very impressed with James during his visit. Polite, clean, well mannered & respectful. He inspired confidence in that he knew what he was doing. I knew from that visit that I wanted him to replace my boiler. There then followed excellent communications from his office & Kerry from there arranged the installation of the new boiler. James & his colleague arrived on the agreed date & was on time.They worked confidently together & completed the installation. Everything was explained to me at the conclusion, including how my new timer worked???which James set up to my needs. They then tidied & swept, leaving the area clean & tidy.The old boiler & all the waste was subsequently removed too.They will service my new boiler as & when required too. From initial contact to the conclusion of the work, there was excellent communications,professional yet friendly & easy to chat with. I am thrilled with my new boiler which has been safely installed by real professionals.I would 100% recommend CAFgasCIC to my family & friends. I appreciate & recognise what they do for the community too. 10/10, a 5????????????????????team !

CAF gas , James , came to service our boiler recently . I initially rang around for a firm to service the boiler in January 2026 as the firm who had serviced since 2022 went into administration. I rang CAFGas and spoke to Kerry She was excellent , professional , easy to talk to , answering all my questions . I happily booked for a service in June . James was equally good in the boiler servicing Efficient , informative gave me confidence that he knew exactly what was required . Also very easy to talk to . I have no hesitation in recommending CAFGas to anyone The fact CAFgas also organise community services is amazing and greatly beneficial. Fantastic service from start to finish. The team did an excellent job removing the old boiler and fitting a brand new one in a completely different location over two days. They were professional, punctual, and worked really efficiently while keeping everything clean and tidy throughout the process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the new installation was done to a very high standard. Really pleased with the final result and would highly recommend Dylan, James, and the whole team to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality boiler installation work.

Exceptional service with a heart: I can???t recommend CAFgas CIC enough. James was instrumental from the start, initially helping me navigate diagnostics over the phone.
