They conducted a CP12 for my rental property and asked me to let them know when I needed the paperwork. That was 3 weeks ago. I???ve been asking for it as can???t rent out the property without this vital safety check paperwork. They said they would send it but as yet they have failed to meet their own timescales. Now they aren???t even replying to my messages or phone calls. Looks like I will have to get the checks done by someone else and pay again. Disgraceful behaviour and very unprofessional.

Fantastic service from Prime Gas. The lads installed our boiler five years ago and service it every year. Lovely, friendly lads who get on with the job, never leaving any mess. If I've needed advice they've always been available to help. My parents have since used Prime Gas for their own new boiler and continue to use them for service's too.

Prime Gas fitted our boiler for us 7 years ago and continue to service it every year. Always had brilliant service from them, and they take the time to give extra clarification, advice and help when needed. I've already recommended them to family and friends.

Prime Gas Services have been my go-to plumbing and heating company for the past 6 years. From the moment I first spoke to Jason on the phone, he was professional and clearly knew his stuff. He came out, gave me a quote, and within a couple of weeks had replaced my old boiler and cylinder with a new combi boiler. Since then, they???ve serviced it every year ??? always thorough, and the boiler has been totally reliable. I wouldn???t use anyone else. Highly recommend. A++

Very easy to arrange boiler service. Jason rang before the appointment to confirm time of arrival. Job completed and Jason explained what work he and his colleague had done . They were both friendly and professional and I was very happy with the service they provided. Would definitely recommend Prime Gas
