We've used Northumbria gas for a few years. Always very helpful customer service and work has been done to the standard we needed.

Excellent Gas Boiler Service Lee fitted our boiler a few years ago and has done the annual servicing since then. Lee sends us a reminder that the service is due and we make a booking for a date to suit ourselves with Haydn, Lee???s administrator. On the day before the service we get a message telling us the approximate time that Lee will arrive, and on the actual day we get a message to say he is approximately 15 minutes away. Lee arrives promptly and gets straight on with the service. This is carried out professionally and the work area is left clean and tidy. The bill is sent online once the work is completed and all good until next year. We asked Lee to look at a bathroom tap issue whilst he was here. He gave advice on how to effect the repair and we have made an appointment for him to return to do the job . Well recommended!

Once again Lee from Northumbria Gas attended promptly on the 13th Of December at the time arranged. My usual yearly service was carried out speedily and efficiently with no problems. Lee is very professional as are his team who have carried out services in past years. I can strongly recommend Northumbrian gas to anyone looking for a reliant company to carryout any services including installations. Always good for a chat.

Have had our boiler serviced for last 3 years by Lee, and Northumbria Gas are a pleasure to work with. From initial contact, their Web pages are simple to follow and they give helpful text reminders of the appointment in advance, and follow up e mails after the work is complete to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. Payment is easy through bank transfer, but other methods will also be available.The work has always been done efficiently and in a friendly manner. Lee becomes part of the family. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.

Fantastic service. Boiler was really old and we wanted a new one so Northumbria Gas took the time to understand our requirements and gave us a great price on a new boiler. The work was done to a really high standard and the boiler and piping look wonderful. Had a new Worcester Bosch 8000 35k fitted and our house has never been warmer. The guys also flushed out our radiators and made sure everything was working well afterwards. All work done in a covid safe way as well which was a relief
