Highly recommended company. Adam was very professional, clean tidy and did an excellent job despite the adverse heat weather conditions. This company and Adam sent over and above in accomodating locating the new boiler in a different location and nothing was too much trouble.

Technician was very polite, professional and helpful. Boiler service was quick and uncomplicated and he even took a quick look at another issue which turned out not to be boiler related but at least pointed me in the right direction.

I can't rate this company highly enough. From start to finish I have received nothing but professional high quality service. After previously having a boiler service from Worcester Bosch only back in January it was very clear that I was still having issues and they weren???t prepared to come out again without charging me another ??368 so I contacted S O???Briens and I chose them from their reviews online, they promptly got me booked in within a few days. The engineer who came was very thorough, knowledgeable and honest with my repair and rectified the issue straight away. ( something Worcester Bosch should???ve done the first time but they didn???t) Their customer service is outstanding and I wouldn???t hesitate to use them again and again. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Andy from S O???Brien Heating Solutions was brilliant. Really polite, turned up on time, and found the problem with our boiler straight away. He had it fixed quickly and the price was far more reasonable than we expected. Great service all round, we???ll definitely use them again.

We have had a occasional thunder type noise coming from our Ideal H15 Central heating boiler, which has been tricky to establish the cause. When one of S O'Brien engineers unfortunately didn't find the cause a second engineer was sent free of charge to further investigate, & a ignition module was fitted. The second engineer (Jack) came across as very knowledgeable & explained to me what checks he was completing. This company is the only one I've found that flushes the heat exchanger as part of the annual service, which is important for the Ideal H15 boiler. I intend to use this company for our annual services & any other repair work in the future.
