Absolutely brilliant service and really nice staff. Fitted a dash cam for me and spent time explaining how to link it to my phone. Very reasonably priced too. I will definitely be using these guys again.

Highly recommend this garage! I popped by at short notice for help with my radio and sound system and Mark was super helpful and quickly resolved problem. He offered lots of advice and I was on my way within 10 minutes. Thank you Mark for your kindness and service today ????

I???ll preface this with the fact I was calm and polite throughout, as were everyone at A&P, so no issues with the staff. The starter motor on my wife???s motorcycle had failed. The magnets had unstuck from the outer casing and were stuck to the windings. After completely dismantling the motorcycle, I got the starter motor out and looked for a place to take it. A&P had been recommended by a couple of different people and when taking the starter motor there, they seemed confident they could fix it. Diagnosis was already done as the magnets were clearly in the wrong place. A couple of days later, they called to say it was fixed. Brilliant. Refitted the starter and rebuilt the motorcycle back up. Only to find, the ???bike wouldn???t start. I was nearly at the point of stripping down the whole starter clutch assembly but thought the issue had to be with the rebuild. A second hand starter off eBay was fitted and worked first time. After stripping down the motorcycle for a second time, the starter was taken back to A&P to see if they can work out what was wrong with the repair. They said they couldn???t see anything wrong but it could have potentially been spinning the wrong way and they have no way of checking if it???s going backwards or not. Essentially, the repair was no good and I???d had to seek alternative options. I asked for a refund and was originally told ???nothing we can do there.??? After raising the point that I???d essentially paid ??91 for a starter that still doesn???t work, they refunded me ??40. Fair to say, very disappointed, ??51 and I???ve walked away with a starter that still doesn???t work. It???s like asking a plumber to fix a leak. They turn up, tighten some fittings but the leak is still there, and then still expect payment. Even more disappointing after I had sent business their way with a family member needing an alternator. I think lesson learned, I should have sent it off to a specialist to repair or just gone second hand in the first place. Will try elsewhere in the future.

I had to have my headlight replaced and despite being understaffed due to it being Christmas and working in the cold they were all very friendly and professional. They replaced the bulb in 10 minutes and for a very affordable price. I highly recommend them.

I received excellent service, I had an intermittent electrical fault, the worst type, fortunately it did play up whilst with them. Mark was very helpful and keen to get to the bottom of the problem. Since I???ve had the car back it???s been fine and I wouldn???t hesitate to use them again.
