So today Liam from the company fitted my ev charger and it was a brilliant experience from start to finish. Everything from the consultation with Craig to the fitting with very professional. After calling around 10 different installers with little to no reply I'm so glad I went with Harvey Electrical. They were also the most competitive price. 10 stars!!

??????????????? I honestly can???t recommend Harvey Electrical Services highly enough. From my very first phone call, I felt I was in good hands. The lady I spoke to understood exactly what I needed and suggested a sensible way of getting everything inspected without making the whole process stressful or overwhelming. An appointment was arranged within just a few days, and I was advised the EICR would take around two hours ??? which was spot on. The two electricians who attended were friendly, polite and professional throughout. They were happy to answer questions and make suggestions, but there was absolutely no pressure or hard sell, which I really appreciated. Having strangers in your home for a couple of hours isn???t always something you look forward to, but they immediately put me at ease and were genuinely lovely to deal with. The service afterwards was just as impressive. The inspection took place on a Friday afternoon and I had the full report by lunchtime on Monday. I then needed some additional supporting information for an insurance claim and the team came back with exactly what I needed, quickly and without any fuss. Every member of staff I spoke to was friendly, helpful and professional. I now have a full quotation for the recommended works and the pricing seems very fair and reasonable. I had a great experience with David and Tyler, the electricians who came to fix my shower control board. They were both very nice, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. I really appreciated how respectful and thorough they were, taking the time to ensure everything was properly sorted. I would definitely recommend their services. Toby

Dave (or David, depending on how formal the screwdriver is feeling) came to fit my light and extractor this afternoon and honestly??? what a service. Friendly without the forced ???over-the-top??? chat, just a genuinely nice bloke who clearly knows his stuff. Not only did he sort the jobs he came for, he also rescued an upside-down switch that previous workmen had??? let???s politely say creatively installed. Everything now works exactly as it should, and the place was left tidy too. If all tradespeople were cut from the same cloth, the world of home repairs would be a much calmer place. Top work. ???

Couldn???t recommend their services enough. I had David come to fix some electrical work and he was amazing! A lovely man and a credit to the company. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after himself, leaving no mess behind. As a young woman having workmen in the home can be worrying but David was super friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what work he had done.
