I have been using the shop for 60 years. Originally it was for small quantities of components for magazine electronic projects. More recently, as I gained more knowledge and gained my Amateur Radio license, I have needed more sophisticated test gear and components which they have willingly and enthusiastically obtained for me. The staff are able and willing to help and advise. Hopefully they will continue to be the best in the area for the rest of my life and beyond. G6KBC

Turned up tbh like a fool with absolutely not even then basics (cd player remote issues) ashamed to say didn't even know cd player model???? Top staff-even though me complete idiot-they cool as hell- never felt looked down on,more so- we gonna sort this ???????????? and UPDATE- solution worked- 6 cd multiply @ last able to use-from sofa-full remote control ?????? -the joy of music "the best therapy " for all ???? Solution from Potts ??4.99 incl vat for musical therapy perfection seems too cheap. Outstanding service- Internet, no thanks.. .me so impressed Potts before google search everytime ??????

Cracking shop, went to three large main electrical suppliers for some anti surge fuses and couldn???t source any, I called in at R F Potts and they had exactly what I needed, very helpful and friendly definitely recommend

Multiple times I went to their shop and i find my experience very good. A kind lady and a gentleman working there. They are always welcoming and helping. Today I bought a PCI LAN card from them for fair price but due to my poor communication i bought the different type of it. So I took it back to them showed them my motherboard and they replaced it with no histancy dispite being my fault. Im happy with them and I highly recommend them.

In my view the only shop in the whole of Derby worth going to. Excellent service and an interior that is very reminiscent of the Two Ronnies '4 candles' sketch. A winning combination.
