I had a fantastic experience with AK Electrical Services. From the very first phone call, Abdullah was incredibly helpful and took the time to talk me through possible troubleshooting steps rather than immediately insisting on a visit, which I really appreciated and felt was very considerate. When it became clear they needed to come out, they were completely transparent about pricing upfront and very fair with the final bill. Once at the property, Abdullah clearly explained and showed me everything that needed attention and made the situation safe straight away. They then returned the next day to properly resolve the larger issue. Throughout the process, I was kept informed at every step and when additional problems were discovered, everything was communicated clearly before any extra work was done. Overall, extremely professional, honest and reliable service. I wouldn???t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Thank you AK Electrical for your speedy response to an issue that needed to be resolved ASAP for new tenants to move into the property. Highly recommend! Within 24 hours of contact, the problem was resolved. Prompt response and action. I am a very satisfied and happy customer!

Amazing! The guys were so considerate of us and even of our neighbours, keeping noise to a minimum. Worked hard to get the job done and kept me informed of progress all the time. Work done to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from the guys at AK Electrical. They arrived within 15mins and had found and fixed the issue within 20mins. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

First class from start to finish. Highly recommended. The second time I've worked with AK Electrical and the team are really thorough. They arrive on time, work really hard and take time to explain things. I fully trust the advice they give and the high quality finish they leave.
