The team at Artisan corrected a thoroughly botched installation by a solar company who chose to liquidate instead of putting right their faults. The team, led by Lee, were extremely professional and polite. They were very neat and tidy and helped us achieve the great installation we had originally hoped for. My only regret is not involving them in the first place.

I recently had an EV wall charger installed at my home by Artisan Electrics and the whole process, from start to finish, has been exemplary. Everyone I have encountered has been approachable, friendly and professional. The installation work was carried out carefully and neatly by two people who took pride in their work; and the administration side of things has been similarly smooth. I am happy to recommend Artisan Electrics wholeheartedly. Their You Tube videos are also helpful and worthwhile as well as showcasing their work.

Just had our battery storage system installed by Artisan as phase 1 of a larger project. Also involving moving and updating of an existing consumer unit as part of the process. The two engineers (Luke, Ruben) that completed the work were very polite and professional and were excellent at explaining everything they were undertaking. They even went out of the way to route cables in a sympathetic way to reduce impact on this period building, very pleased! The groundwork team did a fabulous job outside too reinstating the cobbles that were lifted as part of the work. Overall excellent work and can't wait for phase 2. Very easy to recommend Artisan and team for your electrical work or solar/storage projects for their professional and quality of workmanship. Dek & Pam

Artisan Electric fitted an EV charger the whole process was very professional and explained and demonstrated when fitted. I highly recommend them for any electrical work., Give them a call and find out for yourself????

I first discovered Artisan Electrics on You Tube when investigating EV chargers. I was impressed with their knowledge, approach and advice so when it came to having an EV charger installed I went straight to them for a quote. From then on they completely lived up to my expectations. They helped me find a solution to an unexpected issue with having a smart meter fitted and then on the day both Lee and Tom were excellent. The British weather had promised us a foul day, so both turned up early so that as much electrical work as possible could be done before the rain arrived. The EV charger, the additional box for the smart meter and all the internal work was efficiently and neatly done, including re labelling the consumer unit with typed text instead of the previous electricians scribble. I would have no hesitation in recommending Artisan Electrics.
