I'd been struggling to find a reliable heating engineer for some time before I came across Bespoke Heating, and I'm really pleased I did. Debbie helped quickly and promptly with a next day appointment and quotes followed just as quickly. Stephen came out to fix my persistent boiler fault at short notice and was excellent throughout ??? friendly, unhurried, and clearly knew his way around the system. It was a long job but he was quiet, clean, and completely unobtrusive to have around the house. He explained everything he was doing, talked me through the new controls he'd fitted, and was patient with my questions. Highly recommended.

5* service. Couldn't ask for better service. From the initial contact to completion of job, everything was excellent. Excellent communication from Debbie which meant I was able to be at home in time for Stephen's arrival - no waiting around for someone to come. Stephen was really helpful, explained the problem and returned the following day with all of the parts needed to not only fix the boiler but also my kitchen tap and leaking stopcock. Stephen meticulously checked everything was working before giving me a full explanation of the work he had done and offering me handy tips for using the thermostat. Highly recommend and will definitely use again without hesitation. Many thanks to Stephen and Debbie ????

What a great company. Needed a new boiler and from Debbie who booked an inital visit and further booking to install the new boiler to Stephen who did the inital visit and quote to Matthew and the team who completed my full install of the new boiler they have been fantastic. Great local company who are great at keeping in touch and fully updated throughout the process to explaining everything throughout the full installation and immaculate with how clean they kept my kitchen when completing. I cannot thank the team enough for the work completed. 10/10 Will be recommending in the future.

Wow!!, what an incredible service!!. From the very first interaction with Debbie, the survey and advice from Stephen, to the superb installation of our new gas central heating system by Stephen, Mathew, Freddie and Dan, I can honestly say I have never, ever, dealt with such a professional company. The install was done methodically, efficiently, and so precise as to it being almost a work of art. The lads were polite, friendly and a joy to have around. Their work ethic was second to none, the end result is a system so very well integrated that it looks as if it has always been there. Wow!! If you are looking for boiler service or a complete system install I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Trust me, you wont find better in the NE. Thanks guys.

All i can say is 5 stars does not reflect the professionalism and knowledge of this company! The two engineers that came to service my boiler and water tank are a credit to your company Booking was easy (thank you Debbie) with a full run down of the work to be carried out. The attention to detail in their work is next level and everything was explained from start to finish. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Worth every penny! Thank you ????
