I wanted to cancel my contract with British Gas. They had put my contract cost up by152%. I rang round several companies before I got to Matt Grange. A lovely lady called Maria answered almost straight away. She was so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and approachable that I wanted to sign up there and then. I felt comfortable immediately. This lady is an asset to the company without a doubt. A date was arranged for a boiler assessment which was carried out promptly and very professionally by a lovely young man called Ceri. I signed up for the Gold package on the day. No hassle, no fuss. Dealing with companies these days can be quite daunting. It appears that with this company 'What you see is what you get ' straight forward, no nonsense, no go on line...you get to speak to real people who really seem to care. A refreshing chance in today's society. Thank you so very much

Matt and Maria offer a friendly, fast and efficient service. We have used Matt Grange's serviced for several years now and have never had reason to complain. First class work and communication from a trustworthy local company.

I've been using this company for about 3 years now and I have no hesitation in recommending them. They've installed a boiler, water tank, radiators and valves as well as annual boiler servicing. All the Matt Grange team are friendly, polite, respect your home and do the job you paid for. They're not always the cheapest but I'd rather pay for a professional job I can trust than save a few quid chancing it with the many cowboys out there.

We have used Matt Grange for boiler replacement and servicing for a number of years now and frankly would not go anywhere else. Very professional staff, work is always carried out to a high standard, engineers are always punctual and work is competitively priced. Would highly recommend.

Friendly and professional service throughout. I first spoke to one of their engineers while he was working at my neighbours house, explained the situation and he advised he thought the issue would be and gave me a card to book in a visit with the office. Maria in the office was extremly helpful and and engineer was booked in for a site visit on a day I requested. A different engineer attended for the site visit and he was very thorough in diagnosing my boiler issue and took the time to explain everything to me and what my repair options would be. With this information a return visit was booked in a works carried out yesterday. Everyone arrived exactly when stated and just cracked on with the work in hand with zero fuss and minimal mess (which was tidied up afterwards). Very happy with the service recieved and will not hesitate to recommend to anyone who has a heating / boiler issue.
