   This company was recommended to me by a family member who previously used this company to install a new boiler! Very quick response and appointment made to sort out an issue with my boiler. Ash was really professional and friendly, and he explained the issue to me so that I understood what was causing it and he also explained what he had done to resolve it. Ash also went through what the next steps would be if I continued to have more issues down the line (old boiler!). Will definitely be using this company???s services moving forward!

   This is going to sound so tacky but to hell with it. Old school bloke who will not rip you off. Great man with fair prices too and also going the extra mile with customer service. Moved in recently to a house that had questionable certificates of all the work done. This included the last boiler check. James went online for me to check the installers registration and then phoned up the boiler makers to see if it had been registered . He did the checks and then proceeded with the job of maintenance with said boiler. What a great bloke. All is fine, with quick email and accompanying upto date boiler certificate for my records.Will be using James same time next year. What a diamond .

   I contacted JCS with a query about arranging an independent boiler service and inspection on a property I am in the process of purchasing before exchanging contracts. From the moment I spoke to them, they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Rather than simply trying to sell a service, he took the time to ask questions about the boiler, review the information I had and provide honest, practical advice. He even helped me understand the previous service report and explained everything in a way that was easy to follow. As a first time buyer with very little knowledge of plumbing and heating systems, the reassurance and guidance he provided made a huge difference and really put my mind at ease. What impressed me most was that his services ultimately weren't required, yet he still took the time to help me and answer my questions thoroughly. Excellent customer service, genuine expertise and a willingness to help. I would have no hesitation in recommending JCS and will definitely use them in the future if needed.

   I???m old enough to remember how everything used to be done properly by people who took pride in the work they did. It???s very very rare these days, as it generally feels like everything is hard work and when someone does try good customer service, it feels false; a tick box exercise and you just want to walk away. So from the first phone call to the ???reveal??? and shaking hands at the end of the install, James was without a doubt, someone who just did it right. A top bloke. It???s really great to meet someone like that who puts in effort (and making it seem effortless and not at all fake) to keep you updated regularly, and is definitely a name and number that will be added to my contacts or to refer when someone asks, ???does anyone know a great?????? highly recommended. Simple. ????????
