Single unit installed recently, took one working day. They cleaned after themselves but. If I decide to get it done in another room I'd likely call them again and will definitely use them for annual service.

I was very happy with Glow putting in an Air Source Heat Pump, it seems to be working very efficiently and the respected my property in the instillation and were polite and well mannered. My latest electricity bill was lower. I recommend them. I now use no gas, which will help reduce my carbon footprint.

This year's annual boiler service was at the same excellent level as my other experiences with Glow. Politeness and efficiency from the booking, to the payment at the end. The engineer even included an explanation for an oldie like me as to how this boiler works compared to older ones. I would also like to add appreciation for Cody who came earlier in the year to fit new thermostats.

Our 1st introduction was an arranged visit to explain what would be involved in fitting an air-conditioning unit. The information we received was excellent and the costings explained in full. He was friendly, very informative and very professional. The team arrived as planned and on time. The only glitch they experienced was the fuse box was one end of our park home, but the AC unit was to be sited at the other end. The ideal route for the cable was directly through the attic, but that's where the problem arose! There was only a couple of feet of head space at most. The main electrician was too tall and well built to fit in the space. Fortunately his apprentice was very slim and didn't object to crawling through the many, many cobwebs up there. He got the job done, but the poor guy came down (shuffling backwards to the hatch) and was very hot and sweaty when he finally wriggled out. Once the unit was fitted and working, we were shown how it works, and they left us with the instruction book. The whole team were really friendly and very professional. We love our AC unit(so far) and highly recommend Glow Heating Services. Many thanks to the whole team ????
