We had a Boiler service and tap replacements. Competitive price for work. What stood out was communication and reliability from the company. All staff involved lady on phone Martin and Felix who came to property very professional and courteous. Updates throughout including message when on way. Could pay cash bank transfer etc. would recommend to anyone who wants a great service. It???s hard to find companies who can do the job and are reliable and trustworthy this company delivered in every aspect. Well done. Keep up the good work.

I have the do some works around my new house, they set a new pipe system for the utility room and changed my bathtub. Very happy with it, love my new shower! You can see the difference

Excellent service from start to finish. The pipework was completed to a high standard, the washing machine was fitted perfectly, and everything was left clean and tidy with all the rubbish cleared away from the kitchen. What really stood out was the clear explanation of the issue and the proposed solution before any work began. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand, and I felt confident in the work being carried out. Professional, reliable, and respectful of my home. I would happily recommend their services and wouldn???t hesitate to use them again.

Our boiler stopped working and wasn???t even trying to ignite. Got it checked by our boiler cover and they assessed it needed a power flush due to a built up it sediment in the system (which wasn???t covered under their T&Cs), any potentially the flow switch needed replacing. Had a look on Checkatrade and Highfield had a lot of reviews which were mainly positive, so submitted a form requesting a call back. Got a call back from Ella an hour or two later and discussed what the engineer had advised, and Ella told me what a power flush would involve, we booked a preliminary day, but Ella said she call some customers and see if any didn???t mind moving their slots to get me in a day earlier as we had no hot water. Wasn???t expecting much from this but Ella called me back to confirm she???d managed to do that. There was also issues with the flow switch replacement which Ella kept me informed with call backs and emails. I worked as a Contact Centre trainer for almost 20 years, so I like to think I have a fairly good understanding of phone based customer service, and Ella was absolutely excellent. Some of the best customer experience I???ve received. Martin arrived on the day to do the work, he was respectful of my property, advised on what he was doing and just got on with the job. The part had supposed to be delivered to them on the Friday (the job was on the Monday), but that didn???t happen. It arrived with them on the Monday and someone drove the part to mine to give to Martin. They also refunded me the next day delivery charge I paid as that hadn???t happened. Overall very happy with Highfield Heating & Plumbing, found them to be very professional and customer focused. Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and would use their services again.

Fantastic service. I was contacted immediately with a quote for the work. It was a replacement tap and isolation valve so it was straightforward. I had an appointment for the following day. The plumber, Felix, arrived earlier than expected and was friendly and efficient. He explained how he would do the job. He completed the work, leaving everything clean and tidy. Communication with the office was good and the text message prior to arrival was helpful. It was a very positive experience. I would absolutely recommend!
