Great service from start to finish! Replacement of a very old oil boiler, nothing is too much trouble for Nick and the team. After a few local company quotes I choose Slater because they understand what I wanted and saved me money! As a total novice to this oil boiler heating system they were all really patient and informative. Radiators sorted and heating in great working order. I will definitely be using them for yearly services!

We recently lost our heating and hot water, so we contacted Slaters Plumbing. Nick, the owner, came out within a couple of hours and managed to get us temporarily up and running. After assessing the situation, it was clear that we needed a new boiler. We had an old heating system that needed converting to a combi boiler, along with the installation of new radiators. Slaters were able to start the work the very same week, which was fantastic. Shawn and Jordan were brilliant from start to finish. They got straight to work and grafted non-stop throughout the job. They were polite, professional, and took great care in our home, using carpet protectors throughout and keeping everything clean and tidy. We were extremely impressed with the quality of their workmanship and the final result. The whole team did an excellent job, and Shawn and Jordan took the time to show us exactly how to operate the new heating system before they left. We would highly recommend Slaters Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and high-quality plumbing and heating services. A great team and a fantastic end product!

I have used Slater Plumbing & Heating for nearly 10 years now when I first needed a new boiler and would not use anyone else. On this last visit I had several plumbing jobs done and I can say that I am extremely happy with the work done and that Dan and Jordan who came to do the work were the best - keep up the great work. Also a mention to Taylor on admin, she answered any queries I had promptly and politely - first class job done by all at Slater Plumbing & Heating - I highly recommend this company.

Needed my boiler serviced. The lady on the phone kindly offered a quote which was reasonable. I had the service done within a week or so from my initial request (would have been sooner, I wasn???t available). No issues at all, would recommend.

Extremely thoughtful and professional. What sets him apart is his dedication; he continued to follow up weeks after the project was completed to ensure everything was perfect. I wish every service provider had this level of integrity. Highly recommended!
