Really pleased with the gas cooker installation, the engineer came out to us in Norton and got everything connected safely and working properly. He explained what he was doing, tidied up after himself and made sure everything was tested before he left. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Smallthorne area looking for a reliable gas engineer.

Had BrightBurn Solutions out to install new radiators at my home in Blurton. Usman was punctual, tidy and got everything done without any fuss. Works perfectly and really happy with the finish. Would recommend to anyone in the Stoke-on-Trent area looking for a reliable plumber or heating engineer

Had a gas pipe leak at my house in Chesterton, Newcastle-under-Lyme and needed an emergency plumber fast. Found BrightBurn Solutions and Usman came out the same day. He sorted it quickly, explained what had happened and what he'd done to fix it, and made sure everything was safe before he left. When it's something like a gas leak you just want someone who knows what they're doing and doesn't mess you about ??? that's exactly what I got. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Stoke-on-Trent or Newcastle-under-Lyme area needing an emergency plumber or gas engineer.

I recently used BrightBurn Solutions to install a new gas hob and extractor hood at my home in Trent Vale. Usman was professional, punctual, and did a fantastic job with the installation. If you need a reliable gas engineer in the Stoke-on-Trent area, I highly recommend their services. Great quality work and very tidy.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Usman and team removed my old boiler and hot water tank from the airing cupboard, cold water tanks from the loft and installed a brand new combi in the loft which freed up loads of space in the bathroom. He kept me fully informed throughout the job and was completely transparent about the work being done. He also took time at the end to fully talk me through the work and answer any questions I had, plus they even laid down some floorboards I bought in the loft where the tanks used to be. Professional, tidy and a pleasure to deal with - highly recommended.
