Had the lads out from Rapid Response last week to fit air conditioning at my home address. I???d made the phone call a day or two into the heat wave and spoke to Liam. Liam guided me through what would be best for my size house, and within an hour was able to get back to me with what was in stock, and a date of when the engineers could get my unit fitted. My price was competitive, much cheaper than the big companies, and the lads were able to have the unit fitted within a few days. John was brilliant at fitting the unit, I was able to carry on with my day and by the time I was home the install was complete.

Ben and his team did a brilliant job of installing 3 air conditioning units in my home, there were a couple of initial 'teething problems' which were soon sorted. Nothing was too much trouble and I am very happy with the end result. Communication was always excellent. I would definitely recommend Rapid Response Heating.

I have used Rapid Response in the past and booked my boiler service again this year. Engineer Josh was prompt, friendly and efficient. He serviced my boiler and checked that my radiators were in good working order. I have no hesitation in recommending Rapid Response and using them again when my next service is due.

josh arrived a little earlier than expected but that was not a problem as he always let's you know in advance. It was only an annual service but carried out very professionally and even cleared the space inside the boiler cupboard (which i had forgot to do)without complaining and put it all back afterwards, wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, great ambassador for the company.

Excellent experience just recently with Rapid Response. I cant praise Liam enough for his professional attitude and patience in answering all my questions in my time of need for a new boiler replacement after my old one had broken down. Liam took his time and explained everything clearly on what options i had without any pressure whatsoever Also, I would like to mention John the engineer who came out promply as arrange with liam on the Saturday to complete the installation of my new Worcester Bosch 4000. Such a nice guy who was professional polite and very knowledgeable and even took the time after the install to explain the operating instructions clearly in depth. Based on my experience i would definitely recommend the Rapid Response team to anyone looking for a high quality, honest and trustworthy service. Thank You, Keep up the good work !!
